This goal is achieved by the fact that the drum brake of a vehicle containing at least
Two spring-loaded friction pads symmetrically located on a stationary relatively rotatable drum base, as well as a drive for moving the pads toward the inner surface of the drum associated with the levers, is additionally fitted with stationary supports mounted in the drum on a stationary base with radial guides for each of the friction pad which are installed in guides with the possibility of radial movement. At the same time, the drum brake can be equipped with pushers installed in guides made in the form of hollow cylinders, each pusher being installed with the possibility of one end interacting with the shoe and the other with the corresponding lever. . In addition, the guides can be made in the form of grooves arranged symmetrically in a fixed base. FIG. 1 shows the proposed drum brake in plan view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 section bb in fig. 1. The drum brake consists of a fixed support 1 installed in a protective casing 2. Support 1 has four symmetrically arranged radial guides 3 with guide surfaces. The friction block 5 consists of a friction pad 6 and a shoe 7 on which this pad is attached. The shoe 7 has jumpers 8 and protrusions 9 interacting with the guiding surfaces 4 of the guide 3, inside of which the pusher 10 is mounted. The drive 11 for moving the pads is mounted on a fixed support 1 and consists of two elements 12 and 13, each of which interacts with the ends of the adjacent arms T, the other ends 15 are hinged on the fixed support 1. The pad movement actuator 11 is made with wedge pushers 1b moving in the housing 17 which is mounted on the support 1, and the pushers 1b open the wedge bar 18. The free ends of the levers 17 are connected to the pads 5 by the return springs 19, and each pair of the levers I are springs 20. The brake operates as follows. In the free state, the pads 5 are pressed out from the drum by the springs 19, the levers 14 and are in the position shown in fig. 1. When braking, wedge rods 18 under the action of a stump mb or hydraulic pressure act on wedge pushers 1b, which, in turn, turn the free ends of levers 1A around their articulated joint 15 with a support 1. With their movement, levers 1 through pushers 10 they act on the brake pads 5, which with the help of the forward 4 of the 3 are pressed against the brake drum in the radial direction. The proposed drum-brake allows for the radial movement of the brake pads, which ensures a uniform load on their friction surface, which allows them to increase their service life. 1.
